Our items are categorized into Grade A and Grade B. Grade A items are in excellent condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear or small marks consistent with their age.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases?
Yes, we require a minimum order value of $250 or a minimum weight of 10kg, depending on the specific category or bale you are purchasing.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Can I request specific sizes or brands in a bulk bale?
While our bales are pre-sorted by category, we offer 'Handpicked' services for premium accounts where you can select specific brands and size ranges for a higher per-piece rate.
What is your return policy for wholesale lots?
Due to the nature of used clothing, all wholesale sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grade or quantity described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
